Responsible for the smooth running of the business, Jen runs a tight ship driving process improvement and efficiencies throughout the business. She thrives on inspiring the Big Bamboo team to reach their potential and work effectively together. Jen has a close relationship with our clients allowing her to really understand their business and marketing needs.

LYNSEY HOLLEY‑MATTHEWS

MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

Lynsey will have overall responsibility for adding value and nurturing our existing client base. Account direction will be a key part of her role. She will also support Nicola to identify, develop, and converting new business opportunities with existing and future agency clients that fit within the Big Bamboo portfolio.
